Midfielders: Sergio Avila (Chivas), Fernando Arce (Santos Laguna), Edgar Lugo (Cruz Azul), and Sergio Santana (Chivas)

Forwards: Cristian Benítez (Santos Laguna), Humberto Suazo (Monterrey), and Salvador Cabañas (Club América)
